Matthew Mattingly is an experienced professional in the commercial construction industry with over 17 years of expertise in quality control management, project management, site supervision, and site safety. Renowned for consistently delivering high-quality projects to Federal Government clients, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the City of Detroit, and the Detroit Housing Commission. His extensive construction management experience spans key roles such as Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Site Superintendent, and Site Safety & Health Officer across large and small projects for Federal Government clients in the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. Widely respected by government contracting personnel for his ability to successfully execute complex construction projects within schedule and budget constraints. Accomplished in all aspects of project management, from budget development to project close-out, ensuring client satisfaction. Completed projects include both horizontal and vertical construction elements via design-build and bid-build delivery methods.
Certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Construction Quality Management (CQM) and proficient in RMS/QCS Project Management Software, Matthew has completed a comprehensive 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety Training as well as OSHA Confined Space Training. His commitment to safety extends to being trained in First Aid/CPR by the American Heart Association.
