CAVU Construction is proud to be in partnership with Frontier Technology Inc. and Navy Surface Training Systems PMS 339, in the modernization of multiple training venues at Navy Great Lakes in Illinois. Creating state-of-the-art training facilities for our sailors is top priority for our team.

Our comprehensive building modernization project has been successfully completed, resulting in significant enhancements to the HVAC, electrical, fire protection and esthetics. The outdated HVAC units were replaced with high-efficiency systems, equipped with smart controls to optimize energy use and indoor comfort. The electrical infrastructure was thoroughly inspected and upgraded, including new wiring, panels, and energy-efficient lighting solutions that ensure safety and performance. The upgrades to the flooring, ceiling, and student workstations have been completed, incorporating durable and aesthetically pleasing materials. These updates have significantly improved the overall look and feel of the space, with new finishes applied to create a sleek and professional appearance. The enhancements have not only added visual appeal but also increased the functionality and comfort of the work environment, ensuring a better experience for students and staff alike.
