Todd Bernashe is a licensed commercial general contractor in Virginia and prior Senior Enlisted Navy Seabee where he served 24 years completing construction projects across six continents. In addition to his numerous construction deployments, he has completed tours with the Department of State conducting technical security assessments and upgrades at numerous U.S Embassy’s, Naval Special Warfare where he served as the Operation Master Chief and Naval Expeditionary Combat Command serving as Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) Operations Master Chief and Senior Enlisted where he led teams on the ground in support of Hurricane Harvey flood recovery efforts in Houston Texas and Hurricane Maria search and recovery efforts in Puerto Rico. He is a 2006 Graduate of the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is currently serving as CAVU Constructions Vice President of Operations.
